About the group sessions

During a group sound bath, participants lie comfortably while Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments create a layered field of sound and vibration throughout the space. There is nothing to do, achieve or understand — the experience unfolds through sound, physical sensation and attention.
 

The practice is designed to shift attention away from constant thinking and towards sensory experience. As the analytical mind becomes less dominant, the nervous system has space to slow down, accumulated tension can release and a different quality of awareness can emerge.

What makes the group format unique is the shared field created by everyone present. Each person remains in their own experience, while at the same time becoming part of a collective sound space. This can bring a different depth and intensity to the practice than experiencing sound alone.

Group Sound Experiences are offered as regular public sessions as well as private sessions for teams, celebrations and special occasions. No previous experience with sound practices is needed.
